Teamwork and challenge for two

This time, the programme focuses on teamwork and mutual motivation, because you can achieve more together than alone! As part of a team of two, you will compete against other teams and work together to collect as many green days as possible in the Yazio app and achieve the goal of having lost the most weight as a team at the end of the 8 weeks. An
attractive prize awaits the winning team (in addition to the weight loss success), so the effort should be doubly worthwhile!

Which team will win?

Throughout, both team members motivate each other and send each other daily Yazio overviews to track and celebrate each other's progress. You'll be amazed at how motivating it can be to work together with a partner and achieve your goals.

But that's not all: the programme will of course be accompanied by me to present you with new, exciting content every week that will help you to lose weight more easily and keep it off.

Healthy habits & lose weight permanently

In my daily work as a personal trainer, I am often asked for advice on how to lose weight permanently. I have summarised the most frequently asked questions for you here:

How can I finally get rid of my excess weight  once and for all - I've tried everything, but no diet has ever worked for me in the long term?

My job / my everyday life demands everything of me, I don't have time for sport and healthy eating. How can I still manage to reduce my weight and finally feel good again?

I don't know the exact figures, but I'm sure there will be a suitable answer to every problem in a fitness guide, because there are countless of them! I don't want to judge at this point whether a particular book is good or bad. When it comes to fitness and nutrition, there are different opinions and approaches, and I respect that.

This is how it works...

Welcome to Juliane's personalised nutrition programme "10KGin12Weeks"

Whether you prefer to participate in a group or personally, Juliane offers you a tailor-made programme to help you achieve your figure and health goals.

To take part, simply send an email to register for the programme. We will then either meet once a week via Zoom session, or we will arrange individual appointments for personal counselling and support in everyday life. Please note that these sessions are purely content sessions that focus on optimising your nutrition. The training therefore takes place separately.

The aim is to lose up to 10kg within 12 weeks and to maintain the weight loss in the long term. In each session, Juliane presents a current nutrition topic and there is time for discussion and homework for the current week to implement. Feedback is given at the beginning of the next week and there is an opportunity to contact Juliane during the week if you have any questions.

All content is structured step-by-step and enables gradual implementation even in stressful everyday life. The aim is to find the right weight loss or fitness method for you and your family without stress.
